Delivery timeline
Free delivery on all orders above Rs 5000.
Shipping cost will be LKR 300 for all orders in Sri Lanka, for overseas orders cost will depend on the location (USD 5 on avg for overseas). Free Delivery on orders above LKR 10k and USD 50.

We endeavour to ship your goods within 5 business days upon receiving your order in Sri Lanka and 10 working days overseas. Where this is not possible, we will seek to notify you:
Please note we ship orders on working days and weekend orders will be packed and dispatched the following Monday.
Please double check your shipping address and contact details are correct as we cannot be held responsible for un-delivered orders due to incorrect delivery details.
Orders are shipped using grasshopper courier services in Sri Lanka, Postal Services overseas.
Please note we at Pollyanna has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination, for which you may be liable for.
RETURNS
Your happiness is our priority. Whilst we hope that you are happy with your order, if you are not satisfied with your items, we are happy to accept your items for an exchange or credit note (excluding shipping cost) within 14 days of confirmed delivery provided that it is as new and in saleable condition.
If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange. All items must be returned in a new, unworn and unused condition with the original garment tags still attached.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Kindly note that due to the fact that our pieces are manufactured in small batches, size and colour combinations are limited and may not be guaranteed. We’ll always do our very best to support you and your investment in your children’s wardrobe.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase (order confirmation or number) .
Please carefully pack all items and ensure they are well protected. If items are damaged in transit, their returns maybe refused.
Please note all returns costs are the responsibility of the customer. However the replacement item will be shipped to you free of charge.
Once the item has been approved for an exchange you will receive store credit for the full value of the garment you wish to exchange.
We do not facilitate cash refunds.

SALE ITEMS
There are no returns on sale items. All sales for clearance, promotional and discounted stock are final, and no exchanges can be processed.
Make sure to always refer our size charts to ensure that you get the perfect fit.
FAULTY ITEMS
In the rare occurrence that you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately via email reachpollyanna@gmail.com
If the item is deemed faulty we will offer a replacement (if we have a replacement in stock) , or refund once we have received the returned item. We cannot process a return for a faulty garment if we do not get the opportunity to view and inspect the fault.
