At Pollyanna Kids, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your items, we offer a full refund under the following conditions:

Return Window:

Full-Priced Items: Return within 28 days of receipt for a full refund.

Sale Items: Return within 14 days for a full refund.

Conditions for Returns:

Items must be in new, unused, and unworn condition.

Original garment tags must still be attached.

Non-returnable items include hair accessories, hats, tights, socksdue to hygiene reasons.

How to Return:

Complete the return form included in your parcel and place it inside the return package.

Ensure items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

We recommend using a signed-for postal service and keeping the proof of postage.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund within 5-10 working days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus any shipping charges, unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please place a new order.
