At Pollyanna Kids, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your items, we offer a full refund under the following conditions:

1. Return Window:

   • Full-Priced Items: Return within 28 days of receipt for a full refund.

   • Sale Items: Return within 14 days for a full refund.

2. Conditions for Returns:

   • Items must be in new, unused, and unworn condition.

   • Original garment tags must still be attached.

   • Non-returnable items include hair accessories, hats, tights, socksdue to hygiene reasons.

3. Faulty Items:

   • If your item is faulty (damaged or has a manufacturing fault), please contact us at reachpollyanna@gmail.com for assistance.

4. How to Return:

   • Complete the return form included in your parcel and place it inside the return package.

   • Ensure items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

   • We recommend using a signed-for postal service and keeping the proof of postage.

   • Please return items to the address below:

5. Refund Process:

   • Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund within 5-10 working days.

   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus any shipping charges, unless the item is faulty.

6. Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please place a new order.
