EXCHANGE
Your happiness is our priority. Whilst we hope that you are happy with your order, if you are not satisfied with your items, we are happy to accept your items for an exchange or credit note (excluding shipping cost) within 14 days of confirmed delivery.We do not facilitate cash refunds.

All items must be returned in a new, unworn and unused condition with the original garment tags still attached.
Kindly note that due to the fact that our pieces are manufactured in small batches, size and colour combinations are limited and may not be guaranteed. We’ll always do our very best to support you and your investment in your children’s wardrobe.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?


1. Get in touch with us via email (reachpollyanna@gmail.com), whatsapp/call us on +447454770879 or through our social             media accounts. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase (order confirmation or number) .
2. You can send us your exchange item (address below) or we will arrange a pick up on your behalf.Please carefully pack all             items and ensure they are well protected. If items are damaged in transit, their returns maybe refused.
3. Once the goods are received we will approve your exchange after inspections.
4. If the exchange is approved you will receive a coupon code (value of the exchange item) to place the order online. .

SALE ITEMS

There are no returns on sale items. All sales for clearance, promotional and discounted stock are final, and no exchanges can be processed.
Make sure to always refer our size charts to ensure that you get the perfect fit.
FAULTY ITEMS
In the rare occurrence that you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately via email (reachpollyanna@gmail.com), Whatsapp/call us on +447454770879 or through our social media accounts

If the item is deemed faulty we will offer a replacement (if we have a replacement in stock) , or refund once we have received the returned item. We cannot process a return for a faulty garment if we do not get the opportunity to view and inspect the fault.
